Not many people have heard of Averatec. It is a fairly new company that specializes in low cost thin and light notebook systems. Many of their systems are priced at or just above the $1000 mark and are designed around the AMD Mobile Athlon processors. Today, Tom's Hardware has a review of the Averatec 3150P notebook. Extreme Overclocking has a review of the Sapphire Atlantis Radeon 9600 Pro video card. Look for my own review of this video card to be posted this weekend.
