Promotions Update

The weekly update for my compiled special offers and promotions page has been uploaded. Several new offers of note posted in the last week. Dell has switched their promotion program to free optical drive and memory upgrades for their desktop and notebook computers. IBM has added a free 15" monitor with select desktop purchases. Toshiba has made available a mail-in cash rebate, second battery or leather carry case for their Portege ultraportable notebook.
