Currently 17-inch monitors are the most popular for manufacturers, but with the decreasing costs 19-inch LCDs are starting to drop into the reasonable price ranges for consumers. Tom's Hardware has a comparison review of Affordable 19" LCDs. All of these panels can be found for the same price as 17-inch monitors were just one year ago. But are they really a good choice?
