Promotions: 15% IBM Discount and Free Shipping

Until the end of September, a number of companies are offering special deals. The biggest of these is the IBM PC Blowout Sale. IBM is offering up to 15% off select desktops, notebooks and accessories. Two companies are also offering free shipping on select desktop PC systems: Alienware and Dell.
