Gateway to Acquire eMachines

Some big news in the computer industry today as Gateway announced they are planning to buy privately held eMachines, the 4th largest PC seller in the US. Gateway has seen declining PC sales for some time and hopes the acquisition will expand its market share and distribution in the marketplace. Details on this news can be found at CNet.
