Today's big news is that AMD has released their new budget oriented processors ahead of schedule. Techware Labs has a review of the AMD Sempron 2800+ and 3100+ budget processors. The 2800+ is based on the K7 32-bit architecture while the 3100+ is based around the 64-bit design.
