The month of April for the PC Hardware / Reviews site focuses in on budget computing. To kick of the month, I have updated my selections for the Best Budget 3D Video Cards. These are video cards designed for OpenGL and Direct3D graphics that can be found for AGP or PCI-Express expansion slots for under US$200.
