Everex Impact GC3502 Review
Everex is a brand that has been around for many years, but people are only recently hearing about. They are positioning themselves as a new low cost computer supplier. In fact, they have some of the least expensive desktop systems on the market that are available from a variety of retailers. So, what does one get from one of their extremely low cost systems? Find out in my review.

I bought one of these for my Grandson for school work and it runs great. It ain’t no speed demon but it’s not near as bad Mr Kymin cracks it up to be. I wonder if he actually tried one of these machines? The system has 1G ddr2 ram not 512K as he states. The 80G drive is plenty for what he needs it for. It great for internet research and the price is right.
Thank you for pointing out an error in my review which I have corrected. The Impact GC3500 comes with 512MB of memory while the G3502 features a full gigabyte. Even with this corrected, I stand by my rating and review. The reason is that for just a little bit more, consumers can get a whole lot more in a desktop PC. I do state however in my review that it is a fine system if all your need it for is word processing and internet access.

Can someone measure the AC power consumption of this computer (i.e. using Kill-a-Watt)?
The product description claims it uses an average of only 2W, max 20W, however I believe that is true only of the CPU, and it would be a very misleading advertisement.
Reviewers of C7-D motherboards have measured 20-25W idle for the mobo and HD, and actual AC consumption will depend greatly on the PSU, probably 30-50W.
I think it would be very informative to see an actual measurement. Thanks!
i have an impact gc3502 and i cannot get through to support sevices,
