ASUS was the first company to really introduce a low cost subnotebook computer with the Eee PC 701 unit. The small and inexpensive unit revolutionized the portable market but left many wishing for more. ASUS has answered that by releasing a never ending stream of Eee netbooks to the market. The Eee PC 1000H differs from many of their previous models thanks to its larger 10-inch screen and Windows XP operating system.
