Dell's plans to launch a netbook to the market was no great secret. It was really only a matter of when they would release it and what it would be like. The lack of F11 and F12 should be fixed in an upcomming BIOS upgrade but until then a simple script with AutoHotKey (a freeware utility) can fix the problem.
