HP's New 15.4-inch Pavilion Laptop

HP's Pavilion dv series of laptops was starting to become fairly stale in terms of its presentation and features. Thankfully, HP went through a reworked the series and released a new lower cost conscious set of laptops. The Pavilion dv5 is their newly designed 15.4-inch screen laptop that is geared towards media features. Can this relaunched Pavilion dv series laptop compare to their new Pavilion X16 models?
