An Extremely Affordable Slim Desktop From eMachines

eMachines is a company that specializes in low cost desktop computers. With the introduction of nettop computers based on the low cost Atom platform, that job is now a bit more difficult. Sure, nettops often sacrifice features but with a price under $300, people are willing to give up some features. What is surprising is eMachines has responded with a traditional slim desktop design with a price tag only slightly more expensive than a nettop. Does this new white clad desktop have enough features and performance to be considered a true desktop PC? Find out in my review of the eMachines EL1310-01 slim desktop.
