Apple's 2011 redesign of the Mac Mini makes a number of significant changes. Among these is a price drop to just $599 which makes it the most affordable of Apple's computers. Of course, one will probably notice right away that the redesign also lacks a DVD slot on the front as it has been removed by Apple.
