Sony as a computer company is probably best known for its extremely compact and pricey ultraportable laptops. Over the past couple of years, they tried to change that with a number of larger and more affordable laptops including the VAIO E Series. Now it looks like Sony might be backing out of the large 17-inch laptops as they don't have any current models listed on their own web site but buyers can still find an updated version of the VAIO EJ.
