Intel's Ivy Bridge Core i3 With HD 4000 Graphics

One of the primary distinctions between the various level of Core processors from Intel has to do with what features are included. Typically, the Core i3 processor lineup usually received the lower end integrated HD Graphics engine. Now the company has released updated version of their low end processors that feature the highest HD Graphics 4000. Is this upgrade enough to merit spending a bit more for a budget class processor?
