Crucial started out its Ballistix line of memory to cater to enthusiasts and gamers that wanted to push the performance of their computers. Recently the companies has introduced a new lineup called Ballistix Sport. They are targeting this memory at the mainstream and enthusiast market rather than those looking for extreme performance and overclocking.
