Apple's 2012 redesign of their iconic iMac platform brought a thinner overall profile for the system but it also introduced a number of upgrades over the previous models including faster graphics, processor and more base memory. Finding deals on Apple's latest products is always difficult but right now they have the Apple iMac 21.5" refurbished model on sale for just $1269 instead of $1499. Now this is the upper tier of the 21.5-inch model that features the faster 2.9GHz quad core processor and the GeForce GT 650M graphics processor. Other features include the one terabyte hard drive, 802.11a/g/n wireless networking and Mac OS X 10.8 operating system. They did initially release the lowest price model for refurb at just $1099 instead of the $1299 price but they have sold out already. Now, this is a refurbished product but carries that same one year warranty from Apple as a new model. For more details about this, check out my review from December.
