Fujitsu is a major electronics manufacturer that also deals in high tech medical systems and computer systems. They may be better known for their storage drives by the average consumer, but they also produce a number of laptops and tablets. While the majority of these are geared towards corporate customers, they also sell them to consumers as well. But how well does the company support these products? Included in the profile I list the various avenues that users have for support, tips and advice. Since I posted the original profile the response to my survey on Fujitsu's performance for supporting their products has had limited response.
