Shuttle has transitioned their business several times. First they sold components including their highly successful XPC small form factor kits. Then they moved into building systems from those kits to sale to consumers. Now they are moving away from that business and instead looking to sell the kits to consumers or specialized systems to businesses. With the changes in their business, has their support changed as well? Find out what Shuttle offers in terms of support for their new PC business as well as their barebones kits in my profile of their support department.

In addition, I'm posting a survey below and in the profile asking users for their opinion of Shuttle, either with the systems or barebones kits.
