Sony is one of the biggest names in consumer electronics and they were also a big player in the computer market but it was announced not that long ago that their PC division is going to be sold off. Their support continues for their products as if nothing has changed primarily because the business has not been sold or transferred just yet. Still, it does leave some lingering doubts for those looking to buy a new computer. This week I take a look at what options Sony offers to their PC customers for product problems.
