Guide Review - Sony VAIO PCV-RXA842 Desktop
Sonys VAIO PCV-RXA842 is a mid-range desktop computer system that offers strong performance through its AMD Athlon XP2400+ processor but it definitely lacks power in several areas keeping it from being an excellent computer. Although attractive looking on the outside from its plastic case, the materials feel a bit too fragile. Dont expect any major 3D graphics performance from the system without buying an additional AGP graphics card. The system does provide a good selection of software even if it does lack a good CD recording suite. With a few changes to the hardware and plastic case, Sony could have a truly exceptional computer system.
