Monitor Review Submission Form

Below is a submission form that users can post a review on their own computer monitor to eitehr let people know they should buy it or avoid it. It doesn't require much technical detail, but please try to be as specific as possible as to what either makes it great or terrible. Also, if you aren't sure what to rate it, you can also view how I rate products for the PC Hardware / Reviews site.

Please Read The Following Before Submitting A Review

1. All reviews submitted need to be based on personal experience from using the monitor. Any submissions from a manufacturer, employees or affiliates will not be published.
2. Try and be as detailed as possible in your review as to why you like or dislike the product. Refrain from the use of any profanity in the review.
3. Please include an accurate brand and model number for the review. Without this information, the review will not be useful to others or myself and it will be rejected.
4. All submissions will be sent in for review before they are posted. You will not receive any email response but you may be contact if something needs clarification before it gets posted.
5. All fields listed as required must be filled in for the review to be submitted. Falsifying information in a field may cause your submission to be rejected.
6. HTML code is not permitted within any of the fields. Any code submitted with the review may be stripped out or will cause the review to be rejected.
7. Please do not contact About.com or the PC Hardware / Reviews Guide regarding the status of the review.
8. I reserve the right to edit or modify any submitted reviews.

I realize that many of the fields in this form are of a technical nature and you may not know the information. Please fill out as much as you possibly can in regards to the monitor. In addition, this form really only covers LCD monitors as at this point and time, the majority of all PC monitors use LCD technology rather than CRT.
