ASUS has a very robust Forums that contains information from both ASUS and users regarding their various products. If you can't find an answer to your problem in the FAQ or troubleshooter, be sure to check out the Forums to see if there is any other tips and advice on how to correct it. It would be nice to see the web server speed increased as the pages on the ASUS site are quite slow to load.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as ASUS, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used ASUS's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
