Tips/Advice:
Many of the pages on the ASUS site now request the model or serial number to obtain detailed support information. If you aren't sure of how to determine this, they have a page with instructions on how to locate this depending on the product in question. ASUS has a very robust forums that contains information from both ASUS and users regarding their various products. If you can't find an answer to your problem in the FAQ or articles, be sure to check out the Forums to see if there is any other tips and advice on how to correct it.
