Averatec is low cost PC manufacturer that is really a branch of the Trigem computer company. Recently, the Averatec support was absorbed by the parent company and resulting in a number of web site and phone number changes for support. It is unclear how this change may have impacted the overall level of support to end users. Much of the same features still exist between the old site and the new save the ability to submit a trouble ticket online.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Averatec, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Averatec various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
