Cyberpower, Inc. is a privately held company that specializes in producing custom made to order desktop and laptop computers. They do also sell some prebuilt models as same day computers on their site or through partners like NewEgg. In addition to traditional phone and email support, the company has recently setup a support board on their forums for users to get assistance as well. The main support page also has links to various manufacturer sites for users to get updated drivers but you have to know the parts within your laptop or desktop.
