Cyberpower, Inc. is a privately held company that specializes in producing custom made to order desktop and laptop computers. They do also sell some prebuilt models as same day computers on their site or through partners like NewEgg. In addition to traditional phone and email support, the company has recently setup a support board on their forums for users to get assistance as well.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as CyberPower, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used CyberPower various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
