Fujitsu has dropped many of their products lines over the years and the site is pretty much geared only towards their notebook computer business. If you are looking to work with their web pages, email system or web chat, be sure to know you product model number and serial number in order to procede and have your options narrowed down. While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Fujitsu, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Fujistu's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
