To speed up the support process, Gateway likes to request the product serial number from the device in question needing support. They provide a guide for locating the serial number from their various products. It is important to note that the serial numbers from international products are different and supported separately.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Gateway, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance.
