Tips/Advice:
Gateway has strealimend the options on their support site to just a few options. Essentially, you will need to know what type of computer you have in order to narrow down the support options. The easiest way to do this is locate your serial number (SNID). In addtion to this, many sections of the site require you to have registered and created a login to track your product warranty and support options available.

While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Gateway, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance.
