When looking for support for a product, expect to have to dig through a number of different pages while it attempts to drill down to your exact product model. To save a lot of time and effort, look up your product model number prior to going to the website and enter this into the product search box. This will greatly ease the time spent going through the various pages on the site and will give you more accurate information. Be as specific with the model number as possible.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as HP and Compaq, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used HP's various support options to rate how they feel HP was able to resolve their problem.
