Hypersonic has both in house and third party support for their computer systems. If you want someone with more knowledge about the system builds directly at the company, use the in house support. If you have a critical problem that needs resolving immediately and you are outside of standard support hours, contact the 24/7 line that goes to the third party support.

While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Hypersonic PC, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance.
