Tips/Advice:
Lenovo has finally completely redesigned their website to move away from the old IBM server addresses. The layout and location of information has been completely changed but much of hte information remains the same. For most of the site, the information will be tailored to your product. This can be achieved by using either an auto-detect script or a quickpath ID on the product. If neither of these are helpful, they also have links to browse their products. You can also register with the support site to have any Lenovo products associated with your acccount to speed things up.

While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Lenovo, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance.
