Tips/Advice:
Pretty much every aspect of the Lenovo web site requests your product type or details. They do provide a link to automatically detect what type of system you have but this does not always work depending upon security and software settings on the computer. If the auto-detection does not work, follow their instructions for finding your product number to use in Lenovo's forms.
User poll:
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Lenovo, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Lenovo's (or previously IBM's) various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem. If you have used Lenovo's support either via email, web or phone, please vote in the following poll to let others know how your experience turned out.
How would you rate Lenovo's support?
Comments:
If you would like to share your experience, either good or bad, trying to get support from Lenovo for your purchases with other readers, please feel free to post your comments. If you are considering purchasing a product from Lenovo, you can also go to the comments page and read those experiences that readers have posted.
