MSI is fairly new to the laptop and desktop market of selling their own systems. They previous were a component and supplier to resellers. Because of this, their support is very fragmented. Owners of the laptops will need to use separate pages from those of the desktops and all-in-ines and from people who have MSI branded components. Be sure you are using the appropriate page and have your model and serial numbers available.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as MSI, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used MSI's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
