Polywell has very limited information on their web site to assist users with smaller issues. In fact, the download drivers page can be very confusing because the user needs to know details such as the motherboard rather than a specific Polywell PC model. Much of their support is handled through a third party rather than by themselves which can make things a bit more complicated.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Polywell Computers, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Polywell's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
