Samsung has been a major electronics company that has been building computer systems for many years. It is only recently that they have started selling laptops, tablets and printers in the US market. The site itself is pretty much geared towards supporting all their products, computers and consumer electronics. To get the most out of their support, knowing the model number of your product will let you look up the information much faster than scrolling through the very large menus to drill down to your product.

While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Samsung, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Samsung's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
