Shuttle really has two separate divisions to their company. One is the group in charge of the Shuttle systems sold through their website while the other is support for their barebones kits that can be purchased through retailers. Many sections of the site overlap between the two, particularly the driver downloads. Note that their Live Chat link is only for presale questions and not support.
