Tips/Advice:
Systemax has a very disappointing support site. The site doesn't even have the company name in the URL or visible on the page. In fact, they don't really provide much support at all. It is really up to the customer to try and find their answers either by searching the database or using the contact forms. So be as precise as possible to try and avoid wading through lots of unrelated information. Having the serial number will yield the best results.
