Systemax has a very disappointing support site. In fact, they don't really provide much support at all. The only number listed is for customer service for replacing recovery media from the PC. Users are pretty much required to search for everything using their search engine. So be as precise as possible to try and avoid wading through lots of unrelated information.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Systemax, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Systemax's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
