Toshiba has recently completed the redesign of their web site to be more dynamically driven. With this new site design, it requests your product information to try and give you a more detailed support experience that pertains just to that product. The menu system for this is quite good, but if you do know the exact model number you can filter on that instead.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Toshiba, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Toshiba's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
