Velocity Micro has recently rebuilt their whole support website. The new hub layout takes a bit of getting used to as many sites have moved away from framed designs. Most of the information is contained under the Self Help (or Knowledge Base) section. Users can register for an account to have a more customized support experience.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as Velocity Micro, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used Velocity's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
