iBuyPower has a very limited set of online support information. Essentially, all of their online support is done either via email or from the Support Forum within their Dr I. forums on their site. No links to manuals, drivers or other information seems to exist. It would be smart of them to build a separate support section of their site that at least had contact information. Best bet for support is to call the company.
While I review a large amount of products from companies such as iBuyPower, I may not have much first hand experience with using their support departments for getting assistance. Because of this, I'm asking readers who have used iBuyPower's various support options to rate how they feel they were able to resolve their problem.
