Tips/Advice:
iBuyPower has a very limited set of online support information. Essentially, all of their online support is done either via phone or from the Support Forum within their Dr I. forums on their site. Registration is required to use the forums. They have added a bit more to it recently, including a drivers download page but their FAQs are more about buying and order status than support. Best bet for support is to call the company.
