I purchased this Hp Laptop from Best Buy. My computer friend who knows about computer repairs told me not to get an Hp, they won't reliable. I still got one anf after a couple months they power chord went bad. Now the screen has has gone blank. I called Hp tech support and they wanted to charge me $49 for two weeks of support to see if they can fix it or $100 for a year this is not including any parts that i have to buy. If i had know that i had to pay for tech support after i purchased this Hp laptop i would have never bought it. Their laptops are not reliable and their service is poor. I was put on hold for over 15 mins while they person i was talking to from India go talk to his supervisor. Please if you'll looking to buy a laptop don't buy an Hp. I should of listened to my friend.
